Beekos Solutions OPC is a One Person Corporation duly registered in the Republic of the Philippines, engaged in the research, development, production, management, and operation of software, hardware, and information technology products, services, and applications.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through our website and any related online services we operate. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from our site, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The categories of data we collect are:
- Contact information you provide voluntarily — when you submit our contact form, send us an email, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect your name, email address, organization (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- Transaction information — when you make a payment through our website, our payment processor collects payment details (such as cardholder name, billing address, and payment method). Full card numbers are processed directly by the payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Technical and usage information — when you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
- Cookie and similar tracking data — as described in Section 6 below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the DPA) through our website. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our contact form.

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Sections 12 and 13 of the DPA:

5. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only with:

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser.

8. Payment Processing
Payments made through our website are processed by a third-party online payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers; this information is transmitted directly to and processed by the payment processor under their own security and privacy practices, which are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) where applicable.
We receive only transaction confirmation data (such as a transaction reference, amount, currency, and payment status) and limited billing information necessary to issue receipts and invoices and to comply with tax and accounting laws. Please review the privacy policy of the payment processor for further information on how your payment data is handled.
9. International Data Transfers
Some of the service providers we use (including Google Analytics, our website host, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor) may store or process personal data outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data continues to be protected to a standard consistent with the DPA, including by relying on contractual safeguards with our service providers.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, regulatory, or reporting requirements. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions are retained for up to two (2) years from the date of last contact, unless we have an ongoing engagement that requires longer retention.
- Payment and transaction records are retained for at least ten (10) years to comply with Philippine tax and accounting requirements.
- Analytics data is retained in accordance with the default retention periods configured in Google Analytics.
- Cookie consent records are retained for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable consent requirements.
After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with our internal records-disposal procedures.
11. Security Measures
We implement reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- Access controls and authentication for systems holding personal data;
- Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS/HTTPS);
- Restricted physical access to office premises and equipment;
- Regular review of our information security practices; and
- Engagement of service providers that implement equivalent safeguards.
While we take these measures seriously, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to the DPA and other applicable laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right to be informed — about how your personal data is being collected and processed.
- Right to access— to obtain confirmation of, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to object — to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing or automated processing.
- Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
- Right to erasure or blocking — to request the removal or blocking of personal data from our systems under qualifying circumstances.
- Right to data portability — where the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right to damages — to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data.
- Right to file a complaint — to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated.

13. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and the affected data subjects within the timeframes and in the manner prescribed under the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03 (or any superseding issuance).
14. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to delete the information.
